Artists, Writers & Performers - Photograph or Original Image Contest

 

 

Official Contest Rules and prizes

 

 

1. No Purchase Necessary.

 

2. To enter: Beginning on January 1, 2012 and will continue until all categories have been fulfilled. interested parties (the "entrant") may enter online by visiting www.ideasToMakeMoney.com and Sign up. Enter the Artists, Writers & Performers Photograph or Original Image Contest and you could win the listed prizes. Entrants may enter the contest by emailing their full name, address, contact phone number, contact email address, confirm their age is at least 18 years or older by stating "YES" and the name of the company that they work for, if any. Upon receipt of the CONTEST ENTRY EMAIL, we will send a TALENT RELEASE FORM that must be signed and returned by Email or US Mail, along with the Photograph or Original Image. Contestants are not limited to how many Photographs or Original Images submitted, as long as ONLY ONE PER CATEGORY IS SUBMITTED.

 

The entrant will be notified if there are any discrepancies with their entry. Winners will be posted on our Websites, Twitter Pages, UStream.TV as well as sites of our sponsors, affiliates, associates, partners and any other sources that we choose to post, or display the information, including television and all other Digital Media sources. The winners work will be use as a Button, Link or App, etc... in Publications, Advertisement, Websites, Online Store, etc... ROYALTIES or PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE PAID FOR USE OF THE WORK.. Entering this contest will give PAD Enterprise, LLC exclusive rights to your Photographs and Original Images. DO NOT SEND ANY WORK THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY USING OR PLAN TO USE OR COPYRIGHTED WORK. We do not want any duplicates of the photographs or original images being used in the public, except for in your personal portfolio that you use to gain work. You may not sell or give anyone else rights to use the work of art submitted in the contest.

 

Pad Enterprise, LLC, sponsors, associates, affiliates, partners, etc… are not responsible for entries not received due to electronic or technical reasons beyond our reasonable control. Limit ONE entry per person, per contest. Entries submitted in violation of the www.ideasToMakeMoney.com "Pad Enterprise, LLC’s entry rules will be void, including multiple entries. All entries will become the property of the PAD Enterprise, LLC and will be shared with Power Communications Plus+ for marketing purposes. All entries must be received by the deadline posted on the Contest Page, or the source of information.

 

3. Eligibility: Our contests are only open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older, Void in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited and/or restricted by law. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local U.S. laws. Prizes will be sponsored by various businesses. If the company that you work for is not allowed to give prizes to their employees, associates, affiliates, etc… and you are a winner of the prize that was supplied by that company… we have no control of sponsor’s policies. If this is this case, you may transfer your entry to another person not affected by the company policy. You must contact us by email to expedite such transfer.

 

4. Prize Drawing: Prizewinners will be selected by PAD Enterprise, LLC, affiliates, associates, partners, etc… We retain all rights to choose the winners of our choice. The prizewinners will be notified with details on how to claim their prize by email. To claim a prize, prizewinner must be previously be signed up at www.ideasToMakeMoney.com and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) within 14 days of notification, along with the appropriate state sales taxes (if any) including shipping and handling from the sponsor of the prize. If prizewinner does not comply, the prize package will be forfeited and alternates will be selected. Shipping destination is regulated by item # 3.

 

5. Prize: Three Prizewinners will be selected from the of pool ACTIVE entrants. The entrants with the Photographs or Original Images that we believe represents the description, professional, clean and original, as well as submitting "WEB READY" work will win the most valuable prize and Prize winner will be chosen by PAD Enterprise, LLC representatives and may also use any other means to determine winners. Prizes will be distributed throughout the year for each contest. Actual Grand Prize (if any) will remain UNDETERMINED and if announced we reserve the right to replace or substitute with the prize of our choice, without notice. As sponsors submit prizes and the value of the prizes for us to distribute, on their behalf, we will place them on our list of prizes, from the highest value to the lowest. The 3 or 4 most valuable prizes on the list will be for the Grand Prizewinners at the end of the contest, but they could continue the change, as long as sponsors continue to provide prizes. The list of prizes will be posted on www.ideasToMakeMoney.com. The prizes are submitted to us on an AS IS basis. PAD Enterprise, LLC, nor sponsors, associates, affiliate, partners, etc… are responsible for defective prizes and are held harmless and released of all liability. Whenever possible, we may at our own discretion offer substitute prizes at anytime. There is no charge for www.ideasToMakeMoney.com contests and it is just for entertainment purposes only and to build Digital Media Skills. We make no claims of actually receiving jobs or a given amount of income, but Pad Enterprise, LLC is only sharing their knowledge. This is PAD Enterprise, LLC’s and its sponsors, associates, affiliate, partners, etc… personal thoughts and opinion. A great way to enhance technology skills using some of the latest software, as well as artistic talents which could Unlock the full power of the entrant’s computer, digital camera and cell phone. We reserve the rights to change prizes at any time.

Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received and the professionalism, quality, uniqueness, etc… of the work enterted.

 

6. Terms/Conditions: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. By claiming a prize, winner agrees that the PAD Enterprise, LLC  and its Sponsors, and their officers, employees, shareholders, affiliates, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, do not have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related to participation in our Contests, or from acceptance or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner's agreement that the Sponsor or their agent(s) may use and/or display the winner's name, address (city, state only), likeness, biographical information and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes, without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. PAD Enterprise, LLC shall retain all rights to all work submitted and no fee will be paid for use of the work.

 

7. Taxes: All taxes on prizes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable/assignable, unless agreed by us in writing. No cash alternative to prize is offered and no substitutions are allowed, except at the sole discretion of PAD Enterprise, LLC or the Sponsors.

 

8. Winner's List: The prizewinners will be posted to our Website(s) and/or Twitter Page.

 

9. Sponsor: PAD Enterprise, LLC is the official contest Sponsor, whose decisions will be considered final and binding on all matters related to this promotion.
